Julianna Ranson was saved at Vacation Bible School this summer and then in August she made it public at a church service invitation. She is the oldest daughter of Kevin and Teresa Ranson, of Nathalie.
Michaela Ranson came forward in August during with the other two girls to profess Christ as her personal Savior. All three will be baptized in the near future.
Brianna Rexrode also came forward with a profession of her faith in Jesus Christ at VBS, and then again at the same church service invitation. She is the daughter of Kristy and Lee Rexrode of Nathalie.
My name is Dana Colinger Elder. I am 21 years old. I live with my wonderful husband, Matthew and our friendly pet Webster, the cat. In December, I graduated from Longwood University with a BS in elementary and middle school education. In the fall I will be teaching math at William Campbell Middle School, which I formerly attended. I have a passion for working with children and I feel as though this is my calling. I was raised on Mason Plantation in Gladys, VA by my mother and grandparents. I was a former member of Sharon UMC. Once I got married and moved to Nathalie, Childrey has taken me in as one of their own and I absolutely love being here. This church family is comprised of the most loving, caring, and giving people in the entire world. I feel very blessed to now be apart of such a great community.
Dana was baptized in May by Pastor Jerry Stanfield, his first Baptism at Childrey.
